Exceptional customer service and top notch installation. Great value for the quality! We contacted Floor Coverings International in Sparks, NV. I spoke to Joyce who was very responsive and helped us with our carpet replacement and installation. The fact that we had purchased a carpet and we requested only installation, she was flexible enough to accommodate our installation only. Many installers will hesitate or up charge for just install. In addition, she was aware of hour tight schedule. Joyce gave us a call to informed us to work around the schedule and complete the job 2 days before scheduled installation. I also spoke to business owner, Bear, to finalize the service order. Again, an exceptional nice business owner who did not hesitate to work with us for the best deal for such project. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International- Reno-Sparks. CALL THEM FIRST before you shop around. They have a great value for the service. GREAT JOB

Bear and his team did a great job to help get my vacant office space ready for a tenant with both carpet tiles and luxury vinyl. I would highly recommend using this locally owned Reno business! The whole team was fantastic from beginning to end. Bear came out to our house, brought all the samples, and showed us the options right there on site. His knowledge made picking the right flooring super easy. Audrey was great with scheduling and even followed up after the install to make sure we were happy with everything. Elise handled the final invoicing and payment smoothly and professionally. We really felt like we got world class treatment the entire time. Highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Reno.

Late on a Friday afternoon, he acted immediately—sending Devon out without delay to assess the issue. By that same evening, the necessary wood had been sourced, and by Saturday morning, the repair was completed flawlessly. The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was efficient, professional, courteous, and left everything spotless. It’s rare to encounter this level of responsiveness and care. Without hesitation, I would rate this service a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend them to anyone in need of flooring work.
