Payment Terms & Conditions: Flooring services performed under the ‘$500 Down’ program must be paid in full at the time of property settlement. If the property is withdrawn from the market, temporarily removed from the MLS, canceled, transferred, or otherwise not sold, payment becomes due immediately upon such change. If the property remains active on the market for more than 45 days without settlement, payment becomes due in full on Day 46. Standard contract terms and conditions apply. *Installed for $4.49/sqft without financing, with 50% down payment, 40% due at project start and 10% due at project completion. Pricing with financing is $5.49/sqft installed with $500 deposit and repayment terms: If the home closes within 45 days, the rest is paid at closing.
