    Travis was our sales rep who came over to give us an estimate and measure our home and seemed very nice. It was all business and In the end we wanted a written estimate and I asked him for his business card so we can have a point of contact we can remember by since we we had a few other companies coming over to give us an estimate. He said that he would send us his business card digitally and also a written estimate to my email which he never did. He touted how great his company was and if we agreed to going with floor coverings international that he didn't expect any other company could match a five star rating and that 4 star rating companies he wouldn't even bother trying to match their prices because they use lesser quality materials they were dealing with and also that they hired contractors to do their work. A typical salesperson thinking they are the only ones selling high quality flooring and giving me the best deal. He said he can do 3 bedrooms for $6,000 . That seemed really high for 2 small bedrooms and a master bedroom. I was expecting more like under $4,000. Well based on him not following through, I would say the customer service here sucks. I would never go with a company that doesn't follow through on what they say they are going to do. I was given thought about going with this company , but Travis was being really pushy about committing that evening and we wanted to get a few more estimates before calling him back. Since we couldn't even get an estimate written down on paper and/or emailed and his business card we figured he didn't want to do business with us or didn't care after we said we were going to get a few more estimates. Oh well, he lost this possible customer and made this company look bad all because he couldn't follow through on his word. Beware of the pushy salesman and poor customer service. That's a big sign!

    Mark was amazing and so professional and he’s one honest man.I recommend Mark for all flooring.

    So we went through Costco to do our flooring and they are the company Costco uses and we were getting a 15% shop card back for going through them. The good: The vinyl flooring in the master is perfect, absolutely no complaints. We also did carpeting in a few areas and for the most part it’s great. I ended up having to change the color last minute for a couple areas as the original was way too light with the natural lighting we have. That was easy and 6 out of 5 stars for that aspect alone. We were on a time crunch and the team worked hard to get everything done on time as we were moving into a new house. Again, 6 out of 5 stars for the effort they put in. They sent us our shop card pretty quickly afterwards. The not so good: I’m giving them 1 star total as the selection was limited, the salesman who said he would be with us through everything only showed up once when the carpeting color change needed to happen, (he also made me feel under pressure and didn’t have large sample colors and the entire upstairs carpeting I don’t like the color of) the flooring team ended up breaking some of the preexisting laminate we were keeping (said they would fix and never did) we never got a final walkthrough and there are a few areas that already need touch ups and maybe even replacement, and it hasn’t even been 2 months. There are a few seams that are coming apart (where the carpet meets the same carpet), an area in the living room that is coming up, and where carpet meets vinyl (like bedroom door entryways) the carpet isn’t tucked well so it’s uneven. Additionally, there is a spot in our theater room (which we haven’t even furnished yet) that feels like the carpet was melted together. There are a few pictures, but in no way is this all of the issues. Additionally, this is after I pointed out issues to the carpeting team that they already fixed just after they installed everything. Disclaimer: I haven’t had time to reach out to see if they will come and fix anything as we were moving, unpacking, working full time, dealing with a baby, and lots of family stuff we had to do. Once I reach out (or if they reach out to me after reading this as I’m not sure if I have to go through Costco or them) I will update.

    We are very happy with new floor!!! and thank to Mark!! Mark was very attentive and helpful. He took the time to answer many of our questions when we were deciding which flooring to choose, and we really appreciate it.

    We are so happy we choose Floor Coverings International to redo my Mom’s flooring for the Gen Suite of our home! From the very beginning, the communication, professionalism, and attention to detail stood out to us. Our designer, Mark Dawahare was so personable, very knowledgeable, responsive, and gave us a very reasonable price. Rebeka was just as wonderful, very patient, considerate, easy-going, and always willing to answer any of our questions. We absolutely love the new vinyl flooring, it is not only beautiful, but surprisingly so soft and comfortable to walk on barefoot. The final result exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend Floor Coverings International!

    Mark was the only one who has been calling me regarding the situation that has happened for the installed with the carpet last Saturday. Not enough carpet was ordered by the company and put me in a situation to need to cancel again my granddaughters swimming and gymnastic class, also for my daughter to not able to get to work again. Rebekha was so rude and make me feel like it was my fault that there was not enough carpet ordered. Brad has never call me back again which I asked Rebekha to give me a call back. I am very unhappy and so disappointed with this company . The only one who cares about the situation was the sale representative Mark. He calls me so many times to find out on how I was doing since he knows that I was so upset .

    I wish I could give this business a 1000 stars. From my first phone call with Travis with regard to getting an estimate and meeting us for a presentation/quote, to Rebeka the project manager, to Yule with installation...... I could not be any more impressed. Travis is completely educated with flooring in general, very pleasant, gave an educational and sincere presentation , great communication, straightforward with information, not withholding anything. He delivered everything as promised. Rebecka is extremely informative, very knowledgeable about everything Floors, has great communication skills, pleasant to deal with, professional, friendly and both of them have been extremely prompt. They check in regularly with either a visit or a phone call on almost a daily basis. Yulia and her team have been very consistent working every day, all day. I've never seen a team with better camaraderie. The pay close attention to every detail and they're very careful with shifting furniture. They are very happy workers. My hat is tipped to the owners because clearly, they treat their employees amazingly well. This entire experience has been beyond amazing. I have zero to say in any kind of negative way. I could not be happier. These owners are doing a phenomenal job. A sincere thank you to this entire company.

    Was not treated well, bad communication and they charged me extra at the end. If they are the last company left in town, I will learn to do flooring myself for my next project!
