Problems from start to (I guess this is their version of ) finish. Wrong carpet installed first. They did come back and put the right one down but the seam is awful and noticeable right through the main part of living room! Our steps were not nailed down correctly and keep popping up and have nails and staples poking out tat our kids have stepped on repeatedly. When i spoke with Wendy and Dan they were to send the people out to fix it. The workers got here and had no idea of the scope of work and did not speak much English. They told me Dan would call me that evening to get a solution and he never did. Overpriced and not worth it!!

We were pleased with Wendy’s presentation and guidance on selection of our flooring and going with a tile floor for our kitchen. She coordinated our efforts with Daltile, and this made for a smooth process. The crew did a nice job on laying the pattern of the tile. The supervisor, Dan, did a nice job with his crew and the coordination of the project. There was an area with transition strips that was corrected with positive support. Overall, we are pleased with this floor project done by Floor Coverings International of Hbg. PA.

Absolutely Outstanding Work! We had a tricky flooring issue that two other companies couldn’t solve — but Wendy and her team came in and completely exceeded our expectations. Not only did they fix the problem area flawlessly, but they also managed to eliminate some long-standing squeaks in the floor that we thought we were stuck with forever. The entire installation was smooth, precise, and flawless from start to finish. Wendy and her team were extremely professional, punctual, and respectful of our home. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work and their clients’ satisfaction. This has been hands-down the best flooring experience we’ve ever had. Shopping for flooring from home was wonderful. So easy in a relaxed atmosphere. Wendy brought multiple samples to see in my home which made it easier to choose against furniture and paint. The price was great too - I've now bought carpet for my stairs as well and am eager to have that installed. Everything arrived quickly, was professionally installed and I couldn't be happier.
