Amazing fast , efficient and above most professional. Did the job right with zero complications or issues and lead us through the process from start to finish. I have used many other companies in the area . She makes you feel like her only client and saw it all to completion. You would be remiss to not get a quote and feel it out yourself . I have had this job measured 5 times by the last company and for some reason never followed through with any plans . When cancellations happened . Whether it was me or them I felt just lost and frustrated. It would months before any movement happened or a new appointment confirmed. It wasn’t until Wendy stepped in and shown me how it could be and should be . Also I can say more is It was and then some. Thank you. Wendy

Wendy and her team are amazing flooring providers. They installed solid hardwood floors in our home while we were on vacation, and we came home to a completely new and beautiful space that was completely cleaned up and installed to.our high expectations. Reasonably priced, highly skilled and exceptionally knowledgeable, Wendy and her team cannot be beat.

We love our new carpet! The installation team was great. They came in, assessed the area and asked questions to be certain that what they were going to do would meet our expectations. I could tell right away that they were knowledgeable and experienced. Once they were finished, we did a walk through to inspect the work. They did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them for any type of flooring project!

We have partnered with Wendy and her team on several jobs where homeowners needed new floors installed while we handled painting the trim. Let me tell you, every single time I walk onto one of these projects, the floors look absolutely amazing. We had an amazing experience with Wendy, Leo, and the entire team at Floor Coverings International! From start to finish, Wendy was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly wonderful to work with. She met with us in our new home and helped us choose the perfect flooring for our living room that beautifully matched our existing floors and furniture. She brought high-quality vinyl and carpet samples, explained everything clearly, and provided an estimate with absolutely no surprise fees. What really stood out was her attention to detail. She took the time to measure upstairs as well, and after seeing how seamless the process was, we decided to install new vinyl flooring and carpet upstairs too! Leo and his installation team were fantastic. They worked incredibly hard and completed everything in just one day. When we discovered a toilet leak afterward, Leo came back immediately to take care of it — which speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to their customers. Wendy was always quick to respond to my texts and made communication so easy throughout the entire project. The quality of the materials and workmanship exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Wendy and her team and will absolutely be using them again for future projects in our home!
