Prior to opening Floor Coverings International, Evan enjoyed a successful career as the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience for a major insurance carrier in Philadelphia, where he built programs to redefine Service Excellence for corporate customers and their employees. These values carry forward to FCI, where customer satisfaction remains our single most important core value both locally and nationwide. Evan received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the State University of New York’s Buffalo State University, and his MBA from Hofstra University in New York.
