Brad Brown is the owner of Floor Coverings International of Las Vegas West. Working in an industry that is stereotypical without customer service, he is passionate about customer relations and strives to add the element of customer service into the construction process. He also loves helping those on his team make and reach goals. In his personal life, Brad has been married to his wife Kylee for over 15 years, and has 3 children who occupy his time away from work. He enjoys playing and watching sports, working with his hands, and is a lifelong Utah Jazz fan. He has lived in Utah, California, Nevada and Argentina. He is fluent in Spanish.

Kylee Brown is the owner and principal in-house designer for Floor Coverings International Las Vegas. She specializes in hard surface design and helping clients navigate the overwhelm of projects that include multiple moving pieces. She dreams about tile so her clients don’t have to! She absolutely loves being able to help clients turn their houses into sanctuaries that they love. One of her favorite things about her job is being able to take the vision in her head and see it come to life. Kylee’s hobbies include reading, traveling, and treasure hunting at antique stores, and if she can do all of that with a Diet Coke in her hand, even better.

Travis Wilson has been a Design Associate with Floor Coverings International of Las Vegas West since April 2021. Travis has lived in Wasilla, Alaska his whole life until moving to Las Vegas in April 2021. He has worked in the flooring industry helping customers choose their materials for over a decade. He has extensive knowledge in all flooring products. He specializes in helping clients select the perfect Luxury Vinyl Plank to fit their lifestyle, budget, and home décor. Travis has a strong passion for helping people love their home again. He is continually educating himself on the latest products and trends in the industry. In his personal life, Travis was married to his wife Tabitha in 2021 and their family is currently growing! He is a lifelong Raiders fan, and is excited to have them so easily accessible here in Las Vegas.

Mark Dawahare brings warmth, experience, and genuine care for his customers. With over two decades of sales experience spanning personal insurance and flooring, Mark understands that great design is about more than products—it’s about people. Outside of work, Mark is a proud father and a devoted pet parent. His little dog, Luna, is his best friend and constant companion. Mark is also a musician, bringing creativity and passion into everything he does. Rebekah Shannon brings a rare blend of warmth, expertise, and strategic insight to her role. Known for her inviting personality and steady leadership, Rebekah is deeply dedicated to ensuring smooth operations and effective project management across every phase of the business. With over 20 years of experience in flooring, design, installation, and procurement, Rebekah has a deep understanding of the flooring industry from the ground up.  Beyond her professional expertise, Rebekah Shannon is a loving dog mom who genuinely enjoys taking care of others and traveling the world! Her combination of experience, heart, and dedication makes her an invaluable part of the team and a trusted partner in every project.
